The 5th anniversary edition of the Let's Grow conference was successfully held in Pula on May 11 and 12, bringing together key members of the regional ICT and technology community. Over the course of two days, the conference gathered experts, entrepreneurs, developers, representatives of educational institutions, students, and all those passionate about technology, innovation, and the future of the digital society. The conference is organised by ICT Istra, a non-profit association that brings together technology companies, industry experts, educational institutions, and young talents with the goal of strengthening the ICT ecosystem in Istria and supporting the development of the regional technology sector.

PENTA was once again proud to participate in the conference as a member and one of the founders of ICT Istra, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to the development of advanced IT solutions, digital transformation, and the strengthening of the domestic ICT community.

This year’s edition featured an expanded two-day program dedicated to artificial intelligence, STEM education, startups, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and the impact of technology on society and business. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, fireside talks, and startup competitions, participants had the opportunity to hear insights from both Croatian and international experts, while exchanging ideas and knowledge about the future of technology.

The first day of the conference focused primarily on artificial intelligence, STEM fields, startup culture, gaming, and career development, while the second day addressed topics related to the development of the ICT sector in Istria, the European business perspective, AI governance, e-mobility, data centers, and the management of technological infrastructure.
Throughout both days, PENTA was present in the conference exhibition area with its own booth, where we had the opportunity to present our team, current projects, and the IT solutions we are developing. We were especially pleased to once again participate in the speed dating program, which enabled numerous valuable conversations with young talents, students, and everyone interested in developing a career in the IT sector.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited our booth, participated in conversations, and shared their ideas, experiences, and interests with us. Inspiring meetings and new connections once again confirmed the importance of strengthening the technology community and creating opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and mutual growth. We look forward to new projects, future collaborations, and the next edition of the Let’s Grow Conference, a conference through which we continue to grow together.
