The FeelBack IoT project is a comprehensive and innovative solution that integrates digital technologies, renewable energy sources, and circular economy principles into a single product designed for campsites and other high-traffic public spaces. The project focuses on the development of a smart device capable of collecting real-time user feedback while simultaneously monitoring environmental conditions such as noise levels, temperature, and humidity. Powered by an energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable system, the device will enable real-time service quality and environmental management, contributing significantly to sustainability and digitalisation in tourism and public services.

By implementing a smart device that enables contactless, fast, and anonymous user feedback collection, campsites and public spaces will gain a digital tool for real-time service quality management. This will allow operators to identify issues at an early stage, respond promptly, improve the overall visitor experience, and strengthen guest and visitor loyalty, ultimately enhancing business competitiveness and long-term sustainability, particularly for small and family-owned campsites.

The main outcome of the project will be the FeelBack IoT device, designed as a modular and scalable solution. Following its initial validation in campsites, the device is planned to be adapted for use across a range of additional sectors, including:
•    Educational institutions (monitoring student and parent satisfaction)
•    Healthcare facilities (collecting patient and visitor feedback)
•    Tourism and hospitality establishments
•    Public administration, transport hubs, and other public spaces
