IRONMAN 70.3 Poreč - The Strength of the Team, in Business and in Sport
At PENTA, we believe that the strength of a team is measured not only by success in business projects but also by the personal achievements of its members. That’s why we proudly congratulate our colleague M. Babin on successfully completing the IRONMAN 70.3 Poreč, one of the most demanding endurance challenges in the world!
At the fourth edition of the Plava Laguna IRONMAN 70.3 Poreč, up to 2000 competitors from around the world tested their endurance through 1.9 km of swimming, 90 km of cycling, and 21.1 km of running. The race started at Zelena Resort, in front of the Parentium Plava Laguna Hotel, while the cycling route led from Poreč through Funtana to Višnjan and back, along closed sections of the Istrian Y highway. This spectacular sporting event has been sold out months in advance for years, attracting athletes from more than 50 countries. This year, the youngest competitor was 18 years old and the oldest an impressive 77, while over 420 volunteers contributed to the flawless organization.
IRONMAN 70.3 Poreč is not just a competition, it’s an experience that brings together endurance, dedication, and unity. These are the very same values that PENTA nurtures every day, from driving innovation in the IT industry to supporting our colleagues in their personal challenges. Congratulations to M. Babin on this remarkable achievement, and here’s to many more spectacular races ahead!
